The Platinum Intelligent Comfort Mattress features a 5,000 pocket spring count. These encapsulated pocket springs are able to move independently from each other, allowing each spring to support your body's weight, and shape, in the exactly the right way; vertically, without any horizontal movement. With the springs operating independently of each other, this also ensures that, when you move on your side of the mattress, very little movement is transmitted to your partner on the other side, leaving them undisturbed.
On either side of the pocket sprung centre-section resides a layer of Intelligent Fibre. This unique, environmentally friendly alternative to orthopaedic foam, provides comfort and support. To add a greater degree of comfort and pressure relief is a layer of Intelligent Wool, a 100% Natural Fibre alternative to memory foam. Intelligent Wool allows a more natural regulation of temperature, when compared to memory foam. Both Intelligent materials have excellent anti-allergy properties, which help towards providing a comfortable and undisturbed sleep. Working in harmony with the Intelligent layered materials is a layer of Slick. This super-soft, eco-friendly, material provides a further luxurious feel to the mattress.
Finished in a high quality, fine Damask material. All together an extremely luxurious and comfortable mattress.
