Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Check the item for physical damage to the packaging before accepting delivery. If the packaging is damaged, reject delivery. The courier is responsible for damage in transit, we cannot accept a damage in transit claim after delivery.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Free shipping on all of our items to mainland UK excluding the Highlands. Highlands & the Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc please contact us for a shipping quote. We are a proactive company and there are occasions that we can get items to you free of charge in the Highlands & Islands etc We also have links with delivery companies that serve these locations.
Please ensure you leave a telephone number when you order, check the digits before submitting. A landline and mobile number would be great, give us the best chance of contacting you please. Once again, we are a proactive company. Many of our items, especially beds, are hand crafted for you when you order, we will call you with and estimated delivery date and we will call you once again to confirm the delivery date for all items that are made to order.
We use several delivery systems, including direct from the manufacturer. We have taken into account the weight and bulk of the products.
